Hi, I’m Christopher Terry — but most people call me Chris. I’m the Broker-Owner of E Z Home Search Real Estate and a REALTOR® proudly serving Fall River, the South Coast of Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. I’ve been in real estate for over 30 years, and during that time I’ve seen just about every market cycle, challenge, and opportunity you can imagine.
I’m licensed as a real estate broker in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, which allows me to offer a higher level of guidance and oversight than a typical agent. But more importantly, it allows me to protect my clients, advocate for them, and help them make confident, informed decisions — whether they’re buying their first home, selling a longtime property, or planning their next move.
Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers across Fall River, New Bedford, Westport, Dartmouth, Swansea, Somerset, and surrounding South Coast communities successfully navigate the real estate process.
